Lightility increased light levels by 30% and improved color uniformity throughout critical industrial productivity areas, creating a brighter, more consistent environment for employees—all while reducing the facility’s lighting-related energy consumption by 35%.
New high-efficiency fixtures, paired with intelligent occupancy and lighting controls, ensure that light is delivered where and when it is needed, minimizing unnecessary energy use and waste.
The project also delivered a compelling financial return, generating nearly $40,000 in utility rebates, a 3.3-year payback period, and a 31% return on investment.
