Lightility provides LED lighting modernization upgrade in upscale Fairfax office space
Peterson Companies is one of the largest regional real estate developers, overseeing a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Lightility was chosen to perform a turn-key lighting retrofit of the large commercial property in downtown Fairfax and modernize and standardize the lighting throughout the suites. Lightility completed a comprehensive audit, identified potential installation hazards, and developed a lighting installation plan with minimal disturbance to existing tenants. Lightility installed modern retrofit systems and solutions that were compatible with existing control systems and provided the client with a 60% energy reduction and over $50,000 in incentives from Dominion Energy.
