Light levels at this garden-style apartment community were dangerously low. The average foot candles were close to zero due to the inadequate number and placement of fixtures, as well as inappropriate light levels within the fixtures. We created an entirely new power map and implemented this new construction project, and demolishing and removing all existing fixtures and wiring.
The end result accomplished three critical goals:
- Light levels increased to meet and exceed minimum standards for site safety
- Client received a comprehensive map for the exterior lighting detailing line pulls and panel connection locations
- Wiring placed in conduit, protecting both the workers and wiring from unnecessary harm
